This need gave rise to GRAYT SOLUTIONS, a business built on the foundation of honoring my family’s legacy and advancing leadership across industries.
Our Journey
GRAYT SOLUTIONS began with a focus on educational consulting, supporting leaders in healthcare, childcare, and youth development. We provided strategic guidance to navigate complex accreditation processes and secure the funding necessary for growth.
As the global challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded, we recognized the need to adapt. This pivotal moment marked a shift in our approach, which encompassed moving beyond processes to focus on developing people. Over time, we expanded our services to meet the increasing demand for leadership development, enabling professionals to enhance their careers and optimize organizational effectiveness.
A significant milestone in our evolution was the introduction of coaching services, providing leaders with a structured environment to reflect, strategize, and navigate the complexities of modern work. As a certified leadership coach, she is dedicated to equipping leaders with the tools to grow, innovate, and have a transformational impact on their organization.
Litney Gray

Litney is a strategic thinker, writer, and business professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Kelley School of Business.
